demolition of an existing unapproved single-storey concrete block agricultural shed and the erection of a new farm building containing 200 sq. metres (which is 33 sq. metres less than the floorspace of the structure which is to be removed) and extending to a ridge height of 3.5 metres (which is 1.8 metres less than the height of the existing building). It is proposed to clad the new building in corrugated metal sheeting and to undertake additional planting which will, along with existing roadside vegetation and planting, screen the building.
