the widening of the vehicular entrance to 3.5 m wide, demolition of the single story front projecting hall/toilet and part of the lounge and replacement with a single story projecting entrance portico, the lowering of the ground floor level by 300 mm, the construction of a single story rear extension and associated internal alterations to comprise a kitchen/dining/living room, utility room, shower room/toilet and a study at the ground floor level and to create three double bedrooms and two ensuites at the first floor level, and the conversion of the attic space to include the addition of a dormer at the rear to comprise an ensuite bedroom, associated elevational changes and a single-story play room and covered barbeque area at the end of the back garden and associated site development works
