Development Description
(a). Single storey entrance building with function space, gallery space, staff kitchen and office space (total gfa: 480 sqm) (b). Two storey office block (total gfa: 1023 sqm) (c). Single storey plant/ service block (total gfa: 65 sqm) The site development works include - a proposed central courtyard, covered walkways and small outdoor performance space. - New circulation road and staff parking. - Primary vehicular access to the site is maintained via the existing main entrance to the site from R674 with proposed upgrading of entrance way. - Bin Refuse Storage Area and Designated Bicycle Shelter providing for 17 no. spaces. - New external landscaped areas. - Extension to existing Playground with new playground facilities and parking. - All associated site development works including all landscaping and site service works.
