The proposed modifications will consist of the following: Reductions to the permitted footprints of the Basement, Block A and Block B; Amendments to the permitted split basement levels to a single level; The addition of 10 no. apartments in Block A and 10 No. apartments in Block B to the previously granted scheme, bringing the total no. units from 60 No. apartments to 80 no. apartments, consisting of 28 no. two-bedroom apartments, 46 no. one-bedroom apartments, 6 no. studio apartments; Modifications to the elevations; All with associated car parking spaces, bicycle spaces, bin stores and site works.
