to demolish a self contained derelict former apartment and construction of a new residential development of 20 dwellings consisting of: 1 No. single storey three bedroom dwelling, 3 No. dormer style three bedroom dwellings, 12 No. two storey three bedroom dwellings, 4 No. own door access two bedroom apartments, a new site entrance plus all associated site works, over and underground services to facilitate the development, all associated site enclosures and landscaping Signed: NBC Residential Limited The planning application may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority (Menapia Building, The Mall, Waterford), during its public opening hours (9.30 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm). A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the planning authority on payment of the prescribed fee (€20) within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application.
