Vehicular access is provided from Ballybeg Drive. Provision is made for pedestrian and cycle connections to Ballybeg Drive, Cork Road, Clonard Park and future phase 2 development site. Permission is sought for all associated site and development works associated with the above including car parking, bicycle parking, ESB substations, surface water attenuation, connection to services, hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments.
