Development Description

The proposed development will accommodate a new open-plan kitchen, dining and living area together with WC and utility/ store accommodation, and will include all associated internal modifications, elevational alterations, site development works, drainage infrastructure, landscaping and ancillary site services. The proposed development will incorporate a contemporary flat roof design together with Irish stone cladding and complementary stone detailing to the existing dwelling. The development consists of: o The conversion of existing garage to accompany single storey extension. o The construction of a single-storey extension to the side/rear of the existing dwelling incorporating a new open-plan kitchen, dining and living area together with WC and utility/store accommodation, including all associated internal modifications and elevational alterations to the existing dwelling. o The proposed development will incorporate a palette of external finishes including Irish stone cladding, together with the introduction of complementary stone detailing to the front façade of the existing dwelling, in order to provide a cohesive and integrated architectural appearance throughout the property. o The development will also consist of all associated site development works drainage infrastructure, service connections, landscaping and ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
