Development Description
The development consists of - 1. A 70.3square meter flat roof extension to the left side of the existing dwelling, this will incorporate a Kitchen, diner/living room with a utility room to the rear, front facing elevation will incorporate 2 sash windows. The flat roof will mirror the existing flat roof on the garage to create symmetry to the dwelling. 2. A 8.8 square meter new entrance porch to the front of the existing dwelling to incorporate new main entrance, with door on right side elevation and disability ramp, front facing sash window. 3. To convert existing flat roof garage on right side into a bedroom and ensuite with a front facing Sash window. 4. The 3 existing single glazed windows will be replaced with smaller sash windows. (Left hand window replaced with 1 sash window, large center and right-hand windows will be replaced with 2 sash windows each).
