A. The proposed change of use of the existing dwelling house into short term accommodation for retreat purposes and a proposed extension to accommodate a dining area. B. The change of use and refurbishment of an existing barn and horse stables together with the proposed construction of an extension to the rear of same so as to provide bedrooms with en-suites and multipurpose room at first floor level. C. The change of use of an existing horse stable and horse walker structure into yoga room with changing areas to include the construction of a link extension connecting these structures. D. Change of use of 3 No. existing containers two of which is proposed to be used as habitable accommodation and the other to be used as a sauna and lounge area. E. Proposed construction of a single storey open plan structure to be used as an outdoor seating area. F. The erection of relevant signage at either side of the existing entrance. G. The provision of onsite car parking spaces. H. The replacement of the existing septic tank system with a suitable onsite wastewater treatment system with polishing filter and all associated site development works
