development works comprising of retention and completion of alterations to design of 1no. permitted 2 storey 5-bedroom detached house with detached garage, on a site of 0.38ha being part of a previously permitted residential development of 13 houses at the paddocks (ref: 22/50 & 23/578). The proposal to include front porch extension and rear first floor extension to house, revised fenestration extension of garage, minor elevation changes, internal layout changes and attic conversion to provide bedroom & study (total 5 bedrooms) with new gable windows new rooflights, and associated site development & landscape works. The vehicular access is as previously permitted via the existing internal roads & entrances to killeen castle demesne. all within the overall site of approx. 255 ha (a protected structure)
