Extension of Duration for Planning Ref. 24/60017: modifications to the permitted scheme under Reg. Ref. 20/1115. Modifications consist of: replace Blocks 2, 3 and 4 with 19no. 3-bed and 2no. 4-bed houses; reconfiguration of permitted houses (1-20) including change of house types to now include 17no. 3-bed and 3no. 4-bed houses; adjustments to parking and landscaping; all associated development and site works.
