the construction of a new extension to the rear of our existing ( previously extended ) dwelling house, including construction of a new roof and roof profile to the existing extension ( built c.2000).This application also seeks permission for a new extension to the rear of our property to include clerestory glazing at high level, internal amendments and decoration to the existing building including provision of an additional En Suite Bathroom and wardrobe area at second floor level accessed through a new internal wall opening, relocation of existing Bathroom and Bedroom/conversions at first floor level, provision of new doors, windows and rooflights throughout including replacement of existing 1960’s timber sliding sash windows, roof and chimney repair works , thermal upgrading, provision of new mechanical and electrical services, removal of existing cementitious render/mortar and provision of new lime mortar/render to the existing external walls and chimney structures, construction of new piers and entrance gates to the rear of the property , new boundary fencing to rear, hard and soft landscaping and all ancillary site works at No.3 Greenpark Villas, Ballinacurra Road, Limerick,V94 VOOA.
