Car Parking space & 3 no. Bicycle compounds, re-alignment of internal roadway, re-alignment of existing carparking, new hard and soft landscaping, (viii) the provision of foul & surface water drainage , attenuation rain garden, and (ix) All other associated and ancillary works as required
