EXTENSION OF DURATION (13/708) The development will consist of the construction of 80 No. dwellings comprising 21 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom detached houses Type A, 21 no 2 storey 4 bedroom detached houses Type B, 11 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom detached houses Type C, 27 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom detached houses TypeG, 1 no. single storey crèche/childcare facility (c. 138.8m sq.) and all associated works including minor extension to internal roadway abutting sites 113-116 incl., and amendments to existing turning area on serviced sites constructed under reg. ref. 04/702 & 10/197 with vehicular & pedestrian access from existing internal estate road all on subject site area of circa 3.118 HA. This development will result in a total no. of units within Kilbelin Abbey of 152 (a net increase of 3 no. units approved under reg. ref. 04/702 & 10/197). This application is being lodged to enable the completion of the Kilbelin Abbey development as existing relevant planning permissions have expired
