The structure shall be erected on a proposed concrete pad located on an existing area of hard standing, and; removal of no. 3 steel containers, no.1 measuring 11.3m x 2.4m x 2.6m, and no. 2 measuring 6m x 2.4m x 2.6m. The application includes all ancillary works associated with the development located to rear of the existing depot
