The proposed development will provide for revisions to permitted Galway City Council Reference 17/121 (An Bord Pleanála Reference ABP-300613-18) and will include omission of cycle lane and provision of new set-down / lay-by on Queen Street. Part of the proposed development bounds the United Methodist Presbyterian Church (Protected Structure - RPS Ref: 8201).
