No. 46752) over an area of c.10.2 ha. area to a final floor level of c. 100 mOD; All related ancillary development and associated site works including processing (crushing and screening) and stockpiling of materials; provision of landscaped screening berm and all other related activities; Rehabilitation of the application area to natural habitat after uses following completion of extraction; The proposed development is within an overall application area of c. 24.7 hectares and is for a total period of 25 years.
