Development Description
Permission for development which consists of: We, Cairn Homes Properties Limited, intend to apply for permission for development of a amendment to the permitted Large Scale Residential (LRD) scheme (Planning Authority Ref 2460270 / An Coimisiún Pleanála Ref 321970) located to the west of the Ballymoneen Road (L5024), in the townlands of Keeraun (An Caorán) and Ballynahown East (Baile na hAbhann Thoir), Galway. The proposed amendment the subject of this application is located in the permitted apartment block located in the southern portion of the site, in the townland of Ballynahown East (Baile na hAbhann Thoir). The development will consist of; 1. The change of use of the of excess space at the plant room on the ground floor to 1 no. 1-bedroom apartment. 2. The proposed amendment will include modifications to the elevation of the ground floor of the apartment block to facilitate window and door openings for the additional apartment. The footprint of the apartment building remains the same as what was permitted under Pl Ref 2460270 / ACP Ref 321970.
