Development Description
for: (i) The demolition of the existing 78.3 sqm ground floor conservatory to the south elevation and 5.2 sqm service yard storeroom to the east elevation, (ii) a proposed single storey 136.4 sqm extension to the south elevation, including a new entrance node and a redesign of the ground floor layout, and (iii) a proposed 2 storey 108.9 sqm side extension to the east elevation to support auxiliary accommodation.
