3. The developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: iii. A connection from this development to the public surface water network will only be granted when the developer has obtained the written permission of Dublin City Council. All expense associated with carrying out the connection work is the responsibility of the developer. Any unauthorised connections shall be removed at the developer’s expense. v. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) as set out in the Cundall submission. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted for approval prior to commencement of the development.
