Development Description
The building is currently in use as solicitor’s offices. It is proposed to use the building (only ground & 1st floor) as a music school. The use will be within the existing building without any changes of structure. We are hoping to install a temporary accessibility ramp at the front door. Currently: Our music school is mostly one-to-one instrumental lessons taking place from 2.30pm to 8pm Mon–Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. We also do some group classes (max 15 students) throughout the week. Small recitals take place from time to time. We are hoping to introduce Baby music classes in this bigger premises with max 30 (baby & parent) in each class, and more one-to-one lessons throughout the day before 2pm. We are currently based in Century Court. Parking is not an issue for parents. Most people walk or get public transport.
