Development Description
Permission for development at McDonald's Restaurant, Douglas, Cork, T12K840. The development will consist of proposed external and internal modifications/ upgrade works including new entrance lobby with new sliding door and glazing, new internals doors and walls, extension works to provide increased kitchen and dining areas, with internal alterations to facilitate all modifications/ upgrade works, and associated works, and associated works; new booth windows to replace existing; new fast-forward booth and associated bay; new cladding and gates to existing corral; new plant equipment and solar panels at roof level; upgrade works to existing windows; new elevational signage; improvement works to the existing elevations including new finishes and cladding; new windows and doors; improvements to drive-thru including new height restrictor and canopies and new road markings; partial re-configuration of existing car park to provide improved grill bays and accessible bays, and new EV charging points, new customer bins to replace existing; landscaping works including outdoor furniture/ seating area with umbrellas and lamps; boundary treatment works; and all associated works to facilitate the proposed development.
