for the renovation, alteration and extension of a former public house and the change of use to include both a pre-school, before and after school education and care centre in one part of the buidling, and the renovation and alteration to incorporate a domestic residential townhouse in the remaining part of the former public house. PERMISSION is also sought for a new outdoor play area, staff car parking area, a drop off and set down area, car park for the domestic dwelling, on-site wastewater treatment system and polishing filter and all ancillary site works
