Development Description
the development will consist of; (A) Construction of 20 residential units comprising of: 4 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom detached units; 2 no. 1 storey 3 bedroom detached units; 2 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom semi-detached units and 12 no. 2 storey 3 bedroom semi-detached units. (B) The proposed development also includes public realm landscaping including shared public open space and public lighting, (C) provision of all associated surface water and foul drainage services and connections ancillary to the residental development, (D) pedestrian access, vehicular access, new footpath and zebra pedestrian crossing from the Ballinraun Road, Crusheen, as well as all associated site development works and services. The planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.
