Development Description
Permission for development consisting of the construction of a childcare facility (creche) comprising one of two alternative design options as follows: Option A, a single-storey childcare facility with a gross floor area of c.533 sqm; or Option B, a single-storey childcare facility with a gross floor area of c.569 sqm; together in each option with associated outdoor play areas, car parking, set down areas, bicycle parking, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, water supply, foul and surface water drainage, and all associated site development works at Deerpark, Fort Road. The proposed development will replace the childcare facility permitted under Planning Register Reference No. 20220658 and a new permission is sought for the development described above
