Permission for revisions to the permitted scheme reg. no. 20240741, to amend the proposed elevation design, to relocate 3 no. bedrooms from the proposed extension to the existing building and plant room to a new separate building at the rear, to provide additional dining and communal space, additional store and clinical support space, additional sanitary facilities, and additional separate space for staff changing facilities infill, totalling 76.1 sqm. of additional floor area at ground and first floor levels. As permitted under reg. no. 20240741, the proposed development will include the demolition of a single storey part of the existing building, of 79 sqm. floor area. The application for retention is for a new single storey temporary unit of 75.7 sqm. floor area, used as a dining room for residents, which will be removed upon completion of the proposed permanent development and associated siteworks at Middletown House Nursing Home and Retirement Village
