Building A - the change of use of a domestic storage shed to a reception and showroom building, Building B - the change of use of stables to a showroom with storage and for the addition of glazing, Building C - the change of use of a builders storage building for use as a materials workspace and storage, Building D - the change of use of an existing domestic storage shed to staff facilities and for the extension of the building which consists of office and storage spaces, all of which are ancillary to the commercial salvage and reclamation yard and for permission for the following: the upgrade of the existing effluent treatment system consisting of the construction of a waste water treatment system in accordance with EPA guidelines, staff and customer parking spaces, the laying of permeable gravel driveways and footpaths, the construction of storage areas and display cubicles, landscaping and alterations to the roadside boundary, ancillary boundary treatments, site works and services
