1. Construction of 8 number light stations 24-meter high (achieving 500 lux) on the existing training pitch 1. 2. Construction of a proposed (4.56 x 32.1m) 4 bay viewing stand located west of existing training pitch 1. 3. Construction of a proposed (100 x 50m) Astroturf pitch with 6 number light stations 12m high (achieving 300 lux) located on the north of the site 4. Construction of a 2-meter-wide (approx 860 m in length) walkway to be constructed around both existing pitches and the proposed Astroturf pitch. 5. Construction of a (9.1 x 5.4m) truck shop located on the west of the existing training pitch 1. 6. Retrofitting the existing front gate entrance to allow safe two-way vehicular access and widening of entrance road. 7. Retention of the existing car park (4150 sqm) and the construction of a car park comprising 200 No. tarmac-finished parking spaces, together with all associated ancillary site development works
