to convert the existing derelict structure to a habitable dwelling. The proposed refurbishment and extension works consists of the following. Permission is sought to demolish 62.5 Sqm of the existing dwelling and extension as previously granted planning permission under file reference number 80/366. Permission is sought to re-roof and renovate 93.5 Sqm of the existing bungalow together with permission to construct a new storey-an-a-half extension connected via a flat roof link to the proposed renovated bungalow. Permission is also sought to connect to the existing wastewater treatment system and percolation area together with permission to use the relocated site entrance when constructed as previously granted planning permission under file number 25/60105 together with permission for all associated ancillary site works
