Retention Permission and for Permission for alterations from particulars as previously granted permission under planning file 21/386. Retention permission is sought for the following : 01.The Alterations to the front of the site in the form of the provision of additional green area with associated boundary alterations , the provision of an additional 4 number car parking spaces and the upgrade and alteration of existing site services. 02 : The Sub division of previously granted unit C on plot 1, from a single, two storey, four bedroom unit approximately 283m2 into to a sub divided two storey block, containing three number, two bedroom units approximately 283m2. Permission is also sought to complete internal and external works to partially complete sub divided unit C on plot 1 and all associated site works
