Permission & Retention, which will consist of; Planning Permission for development of a recovery, recycling, manufacturing and research and development facility comprising: 2 no. industrial buildings incorporating office accommodation, reception area, changing rooms, staff room, storage, research and development facilities, manufacturing facilities, an associated filter house; 7 no. vertical storage silos 10.5 metres in height; a surface water attenuation tank; rainwater harvesting infrastructure; wastewater connection to public sewer; watermain connection, a weighbridge; and 48 no. carparking spaces including 5 EV spaces and 10 no. cycle parking spaces and truck and trailer parking spaces; rerouting and filling of existing open drainage ditch and rerouting of this drainage ditch to the south of the site; new internal access road to subject site and 2 no. vehicular entrances to subject site from new access road; hard and soft landscaping, associated signage, palisade fencing and all ancillary works above and below ground; Retention permission is sought for existing entrance off Moate Road and permission for upgrading this entrance to include new right turning lane. A Waste Facility Permit will be sought from Westmeath County Council subsequent to the Planning Application.
