to build two additional outdoor padel “tennis” courts (court no. 5 and court no. 6) as an extension to the existing four padel “tennis” court facility as is already built to the rear of the Woodlands Health and Leisure Club building. Each of the two additional courts enclosed with fencing of 6M high tempered glass, steel mesh and netting__ The operating hours will be between 8.00am to 10.00pm seven days a week. All together with the associated siteworks, including concrete path, security gates and security fencing and also the necessary services, including 16 x Filux 200w floodlights mounted on 8 x 6M lighting columns (IS EN 12193), to downlight onto the two playing courts (in accordance with the specialist lighting under Ref 25-03-03-02A-LSA). This outdoor sports facility is part of, and associated with, the existing Woodlands Health and Leisure Club. Access to this outdoor facility is through the entrance and corridor of the existing health and leisure club.
