Development Description
• Reconfiguration of the existing layout to accommodate a new drive-thru lane along with associated signage, height restrictor, order points and road markings • Change of use from restaurant to restaurant with take-away • Provision of new brush wash slab with splash screens and queuing lane, car wash cabinet and service bays and new landscaping. • Providing alternations to the existing internal floor area of the service building to include reducing the existing food offers from 4 to 3; reconfiguration of the net retail area which will remain at 100sq.m and reorganisation of part of the back of house area. • Minor extension to the service station building to provide drive-thru hatch use • Providing in new storage/chiller/freezers to the rear of the service station within the existing yard. • Removal of the existing planter to the east side of the service station building. • All associated drainage, signage, height restrictor, order points, and site works.
