Development Description
the following works to our existing school, comprising the construction of a new single storey ASD Unit extension consisting of 2 no. classrooms with associated ancillary accommodations, 1 no. central activities room, 1 no. multi-sensory room, 1 no. office, 1 no. resource room, staff toilets, cleaners store and adjoining link corridor all to the North (side) of the existing school, together with new sensory garden area and new safe hard and soft play area to the rear (north), roof mounted PV panels, new carparking area to the front (south) of the existing school and existing bored well all as previously granted under planning permission ref. no. 20/861, all to be connected to new wastewater treatment system and percolation area all as previously granted under planning permission ref. no. 22/743 together with all ancillary and associated site works
