for the indefinite retention of the following works as altered from permission ref. No. 19/1005; 1.) revised location of roadside entrance, 2.) revised layout of internal temporary site access roadway and 3.) revised levels and areas of clean inert soil and stones (EU Waste Class 17 0504) of field areas completed. Planning permission is also sought to 4.) install a dry wheel wash and site container for the duration of the works and to 5.) revise areas and levels (from that granted in permission ref. No. 19/1005) of remaining areas of field to be raised with clean inert soil and stones (EU Waste Class 17 0504) in order to improve the quality of said lands at Ballymorris, Fenor, Co. Waterford
