Development Description
Full refurbishment/restoration of the existing 2 storey, pitched roof stone dwelling, with one new window to the rear elevation at ground floor. The application includes the addition of a separate 5.8-metre x 4.6-metre, 2 storey extension to the northeast, linked to the existing building at the ground floor. The proposed development will also include a septic tank and percolation area (and associated site works) as detailed on the drawings as part of this application.
