A Natura Impact Assessment (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority in connection with the application described above. This development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413). Significant further information received relates to submitted revised CEMP, Ornithology report, Revised Natura Impact report, Water framework compliance assessment and Updated planning report.
