The proposed development for permission will consist of the following: Delineation of car parking including provision of disabled parking spaces and ducting for EV parking. Installation of 3 no proprietary wastewater treatment systems and associated percolation areas. The installation of detention basin and proposed SUDs measures and all ancillary site works and landscaping
