Planning Permission for the erection and installation of (i) a new single storey detached flat roofed biomass boiler unit with an attached fuel store and flue in accordance with the Renewable Energy Directive III (REDIII) Development; and (ii) all associated siteworks, services and landscaping to facilitate the proposed development. The development relates to works within the curtilage of protected structures, namely the Saint Michael's Loreto Convent Church and Chapel [NIAH 14010115] and Saint Michael's Loreto Convent School [NIAH 14010114], also within the curtilage of the site are Saint Michael's Loreto Convent House [NIAH 14010113] and Saint Michael's Loreto Convent Graveyard and Cemetery [NIAH 14010123]. The proposed development is located such that it is not in contact with any of these protected structures. As such the proposed development will have minimal visual impact on the protected structures
