the development for Permission Consequent on the Grant of Outline Permission Ref. No. 22/925 will consist of 1. Demolition of existing agricultural shed 2. Construction of a new dwelling house with proprietary wastewater treatment system 3. Removal of agricultural gate and formation of new entrance and all associated site works. Planning Permission is also sought to demolish existing building referred to as Item 4 on Outline Planning Permission Ref. No. 22/925 - Restoration & adaptation of existing blacksmith forge building for ancillary use to the proposed dwelling house
