The amendments for which retention permission are sought for the dwelling include (1) increased Habitable Space to ground floor, (2) addition of 1 Nr window on both east & west gable elevations of northern roof section together with rooflights to attic storage area, (3) revised fenestration to ground floor (4) revisions to previously approved pitched roof design including increased ridge heights to northern & southern roof elements, introduction of gable walls to east & west elevations of northern roof section and part pitched/part flat roof design to central section. The amendments for which retention permission are sought for the garage include (1) increased floor area to ground floor, (2) addition of 1 Nr window at ground floor level on both east & west elevations (3) provision of an attic area for storage and uses incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling (4) increased ridge height to pitched roof and addition of roof lights on the south elevation roof pitch, together with all ancillary site works, landscaping, and site drainage.
