the development will consist of permission to omit condition number 2 of planning permission reference number TA171366, which states "The dwelling to be replaced shall be demolished prior to commencement of the development. Photographs showing the demolition works shall be submitted for written agreement of the Planning Authority prior to commencement of the development" and permission for a change of use of this historic stone cottage from its former domestic/agricultural function to a non-residential heritage use including converting the cottage into a small scale heritage museum and environmental education space, and permission for a toilet facility and wastewater treatment system.
