the development will consist of construction of a glamping site to include; 1) 4no. glamping pods. 2) 9no camper/caravan pitches with electric hook up. 3) Carpark with parking for 8 spaces (1no disabled). 4) 4no tent camping pitches 5) A communal building to include changing places, toilet, showers, site office, kitchen and recreation space. 6) Connection to existing council treatment unit. 7) Relocation of existing sheds and poly tunnels of existing community vegetable garden, and all associated site works
