the construction of single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling, conversion of existing attached garage for habitable use, including internal & elevational alterations to existing dwelling & for permission to demolish existing front open porch and construction of new single storey enclosed front porch. Permission is also sought for the construction of replacement domestic garage, works to widen existing entrance and repair road wall & for installation of new wastewater treatment system and percolation area and to de-commission existing septic tank including all ancillary site works
