The permitted development provided for the demolition of the existing furniture store and the construction of a residential development comprising 26no. residential units. The proposed amendments relate to the permitted 26no. residential unit scheme and comprise revisions to the permitted house types, housing mix and associated site layout, providing for 20no. houses and 6no. duplex units, as follows: 6no. House Type A semi-detached / terraced two-storey 4-bed dwellings; 1no. House Type A.1 dual-fronted end-of-terrace two-storey 4-bed dwelling; 2no. House Type B dormer 3-bed semi-detached dwellings; 4no. House Type C dormer 3-bed semi-detached dwellings; 1no. House Type C.1 dormer 3-bed detached dwelling; 6no.
