provide a single storey prefabricated Coffee Dock unit and new paved outdoor seating/dining area all located beneath a new metal canopy structure together with all associated site works all being located to the north of the hospital campus and adjacent to the Emergency vehicle entrance off Dublin Road at Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise. Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise is listed as a Protected Structure RPS 180 and the Gate Lodge at Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise is listed as a Protected Structure RPS 480 in the current Laois County Development Plan 2021-2027.
