Development Description
Demolish the former Coughlan Fireplaces Sales Room and workshop and boundary walls; the construction of a new access road off Colliers Lane with new boundary walls for the two existing roadside dwellings immediately to the north and south of the proposed access road; and the construction of 42 no. two-storey dwellings comprising: 4 no. 4-bed semi-detached houses, 16 no. 3-bed semi-detached houses, 15 no. 3-bed terraced houses, 6 no. 2-bed mid-terraced houses and a 3- bed detached house; and associated roads and services including an ESB sub-station and stormwater pipe along the public road; and all other associated works.
