Development Description
Develop two new General Industrial Buildings, associated internal access roads, service yards, parking areas, bicycle shelters, footpaths, and all ancillary site infrastructure. Industrial Building no1 has a proposed gross floor area of 3261.4 sqm and Industrial Building No 2 has a gross floor area of 2857.8 sqm The proposed works include the provision of on-site foul drainage pumping station and rising main; a stormwater management system incorporating an attenuation tank, flow-control chamber, petrol interceptor, and outfall connection; and all associated underground services. The development also includes a site substation, generator compound, water storage tank, and all associated boundary treatments, signage, and landscaping. The site area is 4.587Ha.A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development and will be submitted to the planning authority with the application. The proposed development will be accessed from the existing R420 Road and will include a new Ghost Island Junction Arrangement
