a) assimilate a portion of the garden of Fountain House and a portion of adjoining property to the rear into this site which was previously granted permission with reference numbers 14/369 & An Bord Pleanala no. 11.245208 with an Extension of Duration no. 20/518 and 22/692 and 23/63 to provide a storage compound and to amend ground levels to match level of existing parking area to alter rear and side boundaries of site, b) to construct retaining walls to the new proposed rear and side boundaries, c) to install one Automatic Opening Ventilation window over the stairwell on the side elevation and one AOV window over the Bay window at first floor level on front elevation and d) widen porch & install ramp and new steps on front elevation at the southern end to provide disability access and e) to install two external fire escape stairs to courtyard and all associated and necessary site works
