the following works 1) Permission to retain on a permanent basis alterations made to the existing premises under the exemptions provided for within the European Union (Planning and Development Displaced Persons from Ukraine Temporary Protection) Regulations 2022. 2). Permission for a change of use of the building from office use to Aparthotel and all associated site works. 42 Parliament Street is a Recorded Monument No. KK019-026092 and a protected structure (RPS Ref. B145) It is located in the City Centre Architectural Conservation Area and is listed on the NIAH Record (Reg No, 12000089).
